Cancellation:
Dial
Mama believes in serving customers as far as possible, and has therefore a noninterventionist
cancellation policy under this:
· only before processing
orders can be cancelled.
· Under the same day
delivery there is no cancellation of orders.
· Please login into your
account if you want to cancel the order.
· Cancellations will be
considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
· If you feel the product is as per your
expectation or not shown on the site, you can bring it to the notice of our
customer service.
· The customer service
team will look after the complaint and will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy:
Refund
will be processed based on the mode of payment and Dial Mama or the approved
payment gateway will credit your refunds directly to your credit/debit card or
online accounts. Therefore refunds will subject to the following:
· Orders paid online using
Debit/Net Banking/Credit will be refunded to your bank account within 4 weeks
from approval of refund request.
· If the payment mode was through DD or Cheque, at
that time we will send buyer a cheque to the billing address of the buyer.
Return Policy:
· Items/Products should
be unused.
· No returns will be
accepted beyond 10 days from the receipt of goods by the buyer.
· Opened products will
be accepted for returns only in case where an incorrect item has been shipped.
· Product should be
returned in their original packaging along with the IMEI sticker, accessories
in the same condition.
· Item mustbe in a
original package.
· Meeting or return
policy the refunds are subject to the product condition and other parameters.
· Once we receive
product at our end we will process refund.
· Our friendly return
policy has got you covered in case the product you received is defective or
damaged.
· Refund will be
processed based on the mode of payment and approved payment gateway or the Dial
Mama will credit your refund.
· Orders paid online
using Net banking/Debit/Credit will be refunded 7-21 working days from the
approval of request.
· If the payment mode
was through DD or Cheque, at that time we will send buyer a cheque to the
billing address of the buyer.
Replacement:
· The product you
received is not per your expectations you can bring to the customer service
notice within 24 hours of receiving the product.
· The customer support
team will look after your complaint and will take right decision. If the issue
is regarding product warranty manufactures please refer complaint to them.
