What is the estimated delivery time frame?

We offer all business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. According to availability of reliable logistic partners the destination to which you want the order shipped are subjected.

What are the delivery charges?

With each location delivery charges varies. On low value items organization incurs relatively higher delivery cost. At that time charging a nominal delivery charges helps them offset logistics costs. By organization the delivery charges may be waived off.

Example: If the order is less than Rs. 500 a charge of Rs.50/- for delivery per item. While orders of Rs.500/- or above are delivered free.

Is there any hidden cost on items?

When you make a purchase on www.dialmama.com there are “NO” hidden cost. On the product page the price what you see is exactly what you pay. Therefore delivery charges are not hidden charges.

Why products under specific locations?

To know whether the product is delivered to your localities please enter the pin code on the product page. Therefore you don’t have to enter every single time. Depending on the destination and order value our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable.  To check CoD is available in your location please enter the pin code.

How to cancel/return an item?

Cancel/return an item is simple. To initiate a return login into my account and then you will receive an call or email by explaining the process. Once your return is initiated wherever possible our logistics partner will facilitate the pickup of the item. If the pickup cannot be arranged through logistics partner then item can return through third party courier services. If it is charged in invoice therefore return fees are borne by the organization.  

What do the special tags like ‘In Stock’, ‘Available’ mean?

In Stock: Company will mention the delivery time based on your location pin code for items listed as ‘In Stock’. Usually it may take 2-3, 4-5, 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier available. For other locations orders will be sent by registered post through Indian Postal Service. Therefore it may take 1-2 weeks and it totally depends on the location.

Forthcoming or Preorder: The preorder duration varies from item to item. Items are expected to release and can be pre-booked for you those items will be shipped to you on the day of it’s official release launch and will reach you in 2-6 business days.
